Nurses

Tori Radford
Nurse Coordinator
Tori Radford joined the TSAJ nursing team in August 2022 as our Nurse Coordinator. Tori graduated in 2010 and started her nursing career as a rural and remote nurse in Mt Isa, Queensland. After nearly two decades in and out of the aged care sector (starting out as a care support worker at the age of 18!), she made the change to general practice 3 years ago after moving to the ACT for a reverse sea change.
On weekends, you’ll find her exploring the countryside in her 4×4 with her partner and their two dogs, down at the slopes (in winter, of course), wandering the local markets, brunching with friends and family or simply just taking in the sunset with her dog from her home in Weston

Jess Kneale
Practice Nurse
Jess joined TSAJ in August 2023 as one of our Registered Nurses. She has many years of nursing experience – starting out as an Enrolled nurse for 9 years before graduating as an RN in 2019. Jess has had the opportunity to travel Australia while her husband was in the Defence Force. She gained skills in Indigenous nursing, acute/medical, cardiac and remote nursing. Jess found her passion for pain management (treating, not causing) and is looking forward to converting these skills into her role as a practice nurse at TSAJ.
Jess is a mother of 2 school-aged children. She enjoys sporting adventures with them on weekends. Now with her family out of Defence, she is looking forward to settling down and creating that ‘Canberran lifestyle’ for herself and her family.

Amanda Smith
Practice Nurse
Amanda joined the TSAJ nursing team in early 2020. She is a registered nurse with nearly 20 years experience in the health sector, with more than a decade as a Practice Nurse. Amanda also works as a melanographer nurse at a dematologist’s practice in Canberra so she has a special interest in skin but not like Hannibal Lecter! She lives locally and has four children. Amanda loves to do long-distance running.

Jessica Fitzpatrick
Practice Nurse
Nurse Jessica joined TSAJ in early 2022. She received her Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Midwifery from the University of the Sunshine Coast (Qld) in 2017. She has worked in aged care, postnatal wards and continues to work in the maternity ward at Queanbeyan Hospital.
