Product Returns & Exchanges

• You may return any item in its original sealed condition for an exchange or full refund within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
• If you experience any fault with the product, please return it to the store for an exchange within 30 days from receipt of purchase.
• If you experience any fault with the product outside of 30 days after purchase, you may return it to the clinic and we will contact the manufacturer to see if they will offer a replacement part or product. No refunds will be offered and no replacement is guaranteed.

• Coastal Skin & Laser is an authorised partner salon with Ultraderm and recognises the UltraRewards loyalty program.
• Customers receive one (1) Free Mini after purchasing six (6) full-size Ultraderm products (kits and promotional packs are counted as one (1) item).
